CuZ other are 4999 too and they are 1st to you to reach that rank points, also maybe they are more 10 or 20 persons to reach that
But its up to cm, sometimes automatic random pick on who they want to put there
Congrats on your HoFs if you reach 5000

I recently got 4999 and it shows me first on my phone but not on my friends phones why is that
