Need a little help resizing avatar image

Good evening!

Don't know if i posted in the right location but i'm giving a try here. I tried to upload an avatar and i receive this message:
"The submitted avatar is 130 pixels wide and 73 pixels high"
It says it has to be at maximum 125 pixels same for wide or high and my problem is that i don't know how to cut/fix the wide size from 130 to 125 pixels so i can be able to use it on this forum. Can someone more experienced with resizing images give me a little help please?

I resized it for you by using paint, it's now 112 x 71 pixels.
